Delivery

Every order is sent with complimentary tracked UK delivery. Pieces are dispatched from the United Kingdom, carefully gift-boxed and fully insured in transit.

• Orders placed before 1pm are usually dispatched the same working day.
• Delivery is by tracked, signed-for Royal Mail Special Delivery.
• You will receive a tracking number by email once your piece is on its way.

Returns

Each piece is a genuine antique or estate item, described and photographed exactly as it is. If it is not right for you, it may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unworn and returned in its original condition and packaging.

• Please contact us before returning any item so we can advise on secure, insured postage.
• Return postage is arranged by the buyer unless the item was not as described.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the piece is received and checked.
